The client runs a textile business from Mexico and wanted to develop an ecommerce application to handle their online sales and promotion.

Challenges

Clients requirement was to develop an ecommerce application that should have all the products of clients displayed, so that the end user shall purchase the products as per their wish. On a successful purchase/registration SMS has to be triggered to the respective person. Also, the client wanted a chat feature so that the buyers who are having any clarifications shall contact the administrator in the form of one-one chat.

What we did

Professional developers @ iStore designed and developed an ecommerce application that helps the end user to see list of all the products that has been categorized according to age and gender. Shipping was also handled by the developers, it has been integrated with a courier gateway’s API for the end users to track shipping of the products that were purchased by end user. Also, the SMS functionality has been taken care by incorporating the SMS gateway in the application to handle triggering of SMS for every registration and successful order placement. Chat was implemented by creating a one-many chat application and the same has been integrated to the application. Client representative shall answer the queries that the end users put forward by chatting with them online, individually. Apart from these there was multiple currency application and Online payment using a payment gateway’s API. The offered solutions were much appreciated by the client, when the finished application was moved to live server.
